I looked forward to my daily detox as there were 6 different flavours per day, each with refreshing flavour combinations (and were not too sweet for my liking). The juices tested refreshing and made me feel satisfied throughout the day. By day 3 I saw a brighter complexion and lesser bloating! I was at first skeptical of a juice cleanse’s effects having done a variety of hardcore cleanses in the past. But after completing the 5-day “Skinny Cleanse”, I can feel the potency of the nutrients in the juices and mylks.
I am more energetic, lighter, my skin looks brighter, lost 5% body weight and motivated to clean up my diet even more. The juices and nut mylks are extremely tasty and pleasant to consume. The colours are also super appealing. I would do this again in a heartbeat and regularly!

Did the 3 day cleanse and happy to notice that my appetite seems to be smaller after the cleanse! Ate my ‘usual’ pre-cleanse portion and felt so bloated ….. since i am not ready for another 3 day cleanse i ordered the ala carte nut mylk to replace my dinner for 2 days! 🙂 Currently contemplating to do regular cleansing…….
